The envisaged center would be set up with the view that every human being is endowed with inborn abilities which could be explored with training for his own benefit and the benefit of others. This multi-purpose vocational center would be open to people from all walks of life who desire to hone their vocational talents for self-benefit and to serve others. Progress Links aims at setting up
a greenhouse and garden where local and exotic fruit, vegetables,
flowers etc. would be planted. Besides the direct benefits, this would
undoubtedly create job opportunities for most of the unemployed needy mothers
of the physically handicapped. Most of these mothers are unable to gain
the type of jobs which will enable them to care adequately for their children
whose conditions are critical, since they need enough time to care for
